The mission of Vonni is to help small businesses and nonprofit organizations succeed. We accomplish that mission by assisting owners in areas of their business where they may not have expertise.

Leslie Guelcher, the CEO of Vonni, has developed the resources to provide these services over the last 20 years working with small businesses and nonprofit organizations. She has worked with  businesses ranging from 1 to 45 employees. Her nonprofit experience encompasses both traditionally-run organizations with a board of directors and executive director to all-volunteer organizations.
